Bill Payment System Update


We are excited to announce we are making updates to our Bill Pay System.  On Wednesday, August 7, 2019 the Bill Payment System accessed through Virtual Branch will be receiving updates which will cause the system to be unavailable.  Any previously scheduled payments will be processed.  Once the system updates have completed, you will be able to schedule new payments.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but hope you enjoy the new enhancements and new options these enhancements will provide. 

The enhanced system will have an updated look with additional services/features available, such as:

Check Free Bill Pay

Offers the ability to pay anyone and receive electronic bills from designated billers

    Expedited payments- Payments will now be sent and received via ACH when possible

    Potential for same day/next day payments

    Option to overnight checks if electronic payment is not available 

    Some billers can send your bills directly to Bill Pay, where you can view and pay without touching a single piece of paper.  You can     even set it up so you receive an email when a new bill has been received. 



    P2P-  Did a co-worker pick up lunch and now you need to pay them back but you don't have the cash?  Did you forget to send a birthday gift to Little Johnny?   Not a problem- Person to person (P2P) pay has been added to Bill Pay.  All you need is their email address or their mobile number and you can now send the money right to them without having to leave your desk/home.  The system will even allow you to send a message or an electronic card if that option is chosen. 

    Send funds to anyone, anywhere using their email address or mobile number

    Send messages/cards with your payment 

    Ability to see payments that have been sent and accepted by the recipient

    Ability to see payments that have been sent but have yet to be accepted by the recipient


    A2A-  Have a secondary account elsewhere?  Need to get funds moved from one account to another, but don't have the time to get there?  No problem!  Account to Account (A2A) transfers have been added to Bill Pay.  Once you have it set up you can transfer funds to the other institution using our Bill Pay system without interrupting your day.  Use your lunch break for lunch instead of running to make a deposit!
