Champion Credit Union members can access their accounts 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, from any touch tone telephone. There is no charge to use the convenient Audio Response system. With Audio Response members can:
- Make balance inquiries
- Inquire about account histories
- Transfer between share and share draft checking accounts
- Transfer loan payments from share or share draft checking accounts
- Make withdrawals. A check will be issued to the primary account holder and sent to the address on file, the next business day.
- Re-order checks
- Order copies of cleared drafts
- Check CCU’s competitive rate loan and deposit rates
- Calculate loan payments
