SecurLOCK™ Euip App

SecurLOCK™ Equip is an app that allows you to have more control over your CCU Platinum Rewards Visa Credit Card.  Using SecurLOCK™ Equip is easy and allows you to turn your card on or off, set controls for locations, merchant types, transaction types, and spending limits, as well as view card transactions as they happen.  

 To Begin Using SecurLOCK™ Equip:

• Download and install the SecurLOCK™ Equip App via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
•     The App can be used and downloaded both domestically and internationally.

•  Once downloaded and installed, click the App icon to launch the app.  Upon opening the application, you will be provided with options to:
• Sign up Free (Register as a new user)
• Log In to the application (if you already have a login)

• For first time users, click ‘Sign up Free’ and follow the steps to register your CCU Platinum Rewards Visa Credit Card by choosing to manually enter or scanning the card number and entering the requested information (multiple users can register the same card).

• Review and Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

•  Create your User Id and password.

Once you have created your User Id and password and accepted the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you can login to the app.

You can now turn your CCU Platinum Rewards Visa on/off, set Alerts and Controls, and see transactions wherever you are, whenever you want.
